Our specialities
The farm holidays "Ae Noseare" takes particularly care of the diet.
In effect, on our tables we only serve dishes made of products that
come from our farm. For this reason the customer has both the guarantee
to eat genuine food and to taste a product extremely tasty.
Our main specialities are hand-made pasta, in particular maccheroni
and pasticcio, mixed grill, guinea-hens, donkey stew and quails,
and the inevitable polenta.
